Every time my Benifits increases so do his prices nice guy but I asked him not to review prices and work with my minor children but does it anyways. When I first went I always had to pay a little extra he advised that my Benifits were out of date. As soon as my Benifits increased so did his prices. I have been going to dentists all my life and never had to pay extra I called my insurance provider and was told are Benifits are inline with guidelines.
