Not follow-up after work is done and money received. We have some problems related to their work and waiting for them to come back and resolve the issue from April 3 the email come back with "we will have it addressed at our convenience" very unprofessional.

It's too bad they didn't do residential. They will lose a lot of business not doin that. What kind of electrical company dosent?
