For over 25 years, great, but when my water temperature was low recently, they said I needed a new gas water tank. Put in the tank and still only warm water. mmmmmmm Guess it was the mixing valve. I did not need a water tank but a $100 mixer (anti-scalding) valve needed replacement. Cost me $1400 + tax for new water heater that I did not need. Wanted to charge me another $275 for the $100 mixer valve. I am not very happy.

Towering Competence

I usually avoid reviewing or commenting online, but I was so impressed by Easton Mechanical that I simply had to take the time to do it. I was very fortunate to find Easton Mechanical among the plethora of HVAC companies out there. When our furnace broke down, they were very quick to respond, had all of the parts on hand (we have a very old furnace) and were able to fix the problem for good. At every level, everybody is a pleasure to work with. Also, Brad was very knowledgeable about the optimal way to upgrade our furnace and AC (due to specific physical layout of the exterior of our house) when we are ready for it and we look forward to having Easton Mechanical doing it. I have very high standards when working with contractors and Easton Mechanical has become, hands down, our contractor of choice. Highly recommended. Andrew
