I never hesitate to bring my vehicles here. I trust them implicitly and know they will do their best and give me their honest opinion, good or bad. I will continue to bring my cars here as long as they are in business.
These people think deceive you into thinking that they are trying to help you but they are just trying to get more money out of you. I went in to get my car checked out when it was done I paid and then when I had fixed what needed to be they "needed" to charge me again for the same thing they already did. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Pass it on.

Amy brought her vehicle to us on June 22, 2016, for a Safety Standards Inspection. At that time it failed the inspection, as it required all 4 brake calipers unseized or replaced. It also had some minor issues that included bodywork concerns. Under Section 601 of the Highway Traffic Act, customers have 10 days to address any concerns (with us, or by whatever means they choose) and have their vehicle re-inspected at no additional charge. We tend to be very accommodating about this window, however Amy called us about having her vehicle re-inspected on August 2 – over a month later and well outside of the mandated 10 day period. Additionally, Ontario's Light Duty Vehicle Inspection Standard changed dramatically on July 1, 2016, now requiring additional measurements, a more thorough inspection, and a new duplicate inspection report. The cost of an inspection has increased as a result. Amy's vehicle would have needed re-inspection to satisfy these new requirements. When we informed her that additional costs would be involved, it made her upset; she became abusive and impolite over the phone, promising negative internet reviews. Here we are. As a footnote, Amy's husband called us later to apologize and book the car in for re-inspection. We politely refused their business.
