We had to sit in the lounge as the bar was full due to half price wing night and the leafs playing. We ordered what we thought were half price wings as advertised. Apparently, as we sat in the lounge, not the bar, they were full price. The manager then told us that we should have asked. I didn't realize that you have to ask how much your meal is depending where your table is situated. It is the restaurant's duty to inform the customer of prices according to where they sit or are forced to sit due to over crowded rooms. The management was not leniant or sympathetic at all, just rigid and unapologetic. If they had showed some sympathy then I wouldn't be writing this! It's not about the money, just bad business.
