The most amazing doctor ever, kind, compassionate, explains things so you understand completely, doesn’t rush you out, and I think every doctor should ask this , “ is there anything else you need to ask or concerns you may have before you leave?” Generally cares about his patients, my daughter, son and spouse have both been to visit this clinic with outstanding services from secretary, and doctors, getting us in so fast, and feeling so comfortable and pleased when we leave! I 100% recommend them

Witnessed first hand what this clinic goes thru during my visit today. Thank you Muskoka Medical Centre for being open on a SUNDAY! You can’t please everybody. We received friendly service from the young lady at the desk and Dr. Rick. A little bit of a wait but what do you expect when it’s the only walk-in clinic open within a 3 hour radius.

Love this clinic. They are always super busy. I will wait hours to see Dr Liao You can't expect to get in quickly if you are a walk in

Very rude. Screwed up blood tests 9 times. Doctor Liao is ignorant and unresponsive while explaining what's wrong. Last. Tell you to drive from three towns away. To Waite 3.5 hrs. To be told he won't see you.

Reception is so incredibly rude. Had a prescription faxed for refill two weeks ago and they still hadn't gotten around to it. Bracebridge medical center has a lot nicer staff and will actually greet you with a smile.

Felt like I was just an inconvenience, the doctor didn't believe the amount of pain I was in. Like I could fake it. I would have been treated better at the Hospital.
