Bracebridge Medical Centre & Walk In

I waited in pain while the doctor chatted with his 2 kids about school and then had a conversation on phone with his wife about what restaurant their family were to eat at that evening. When he did find the time to assess me, he told me my pain was just a muscle cramp. I told him it did not feel like a muscle issue, but he insisted there was nothing wrong with me. Less than one hour later I was in a hospital bed on morphine while passing a kidney stone. Shameful service from the clinic doctor.

good docs just one bad egg can change an experience

the doctors are super nice but if at the odd chance you come latter and a middle aged brunette is working BEWARE she is SO RUDE, and confrontational.. i really like my doctor and the other receptionist but the experience i had really turned me off..
